Mpire Becomes AdXpose, Raises $3M

Seattle-based Mpire the online ad verification and optimization provider, is announcing today that it has changed its named to AdXpose, and raised $3M in a funding round. The firm's flagship product is AdXpose. The new funding was led by Draper Fisher Jurvetson, an existing investor in the company. As part of the funding, AdXpose said it has named Kirby Winfield as CEO of the firm. Winfield was previously President and Chief Revenue Officer. Winfield joins the company's board as part of the funding. AdXpose also said it has named SVP of Strategic Development Ryan Polley as COO. More information »
