Nordstrom Completes Acquisition Of Private Sales Firm

Seattle-based Nordstrom said this morning that it has completed its acquisition of private sales site HauteLook. The deal had originally been announced February 17th. HauteLook runs an online, private deals site focused on fashion brands, and was venture backed by Insight Venture Partners. Nordstrom said the acquisition will help it participate in the fast-growing private sale marketplace.
