Ignition Boosts Topsy

Seattle-based Ignition Partners has re-upped its investment in real time, social search service Topsy. According to Topsy, which is based in San Francisco, it has raised $15M in a Series C funding round. That round included prior backers BlueRun Ventures, Ignition Partners, Founders Fund and Scott Banister, as well as new investor Western Technology Investments. Ignition's Cameron Myhrvold sits on Topsy's board of directors. More information »
