Zillow Adds Rental Estimates

Seattle-based real estate site Zillow said last night that it has added rental estimates to its suite of features. According to the firm, the new Rent Zestimates provides rent prices for more than 90 million homes. The firm said it is using a proprietary algorithm to estimate a home or apartment's fair rent price, using comparable home and apartments for rent on the service.
