Zillow Debuts Rental Marketplace

Zillow has launched a new marketplace and tools for the rental industry today, with a new rental marketplace called Zillow Rentals. The new offering comes thanks to Zillow's acquisition of RentJuice in June. Zillow said the site--targeted at property managers, rental agents, and landlords--features a number of productivity tools and other resources to help those people manage and market their rental listings. Those tools are free. The tools also include free iOS and Android apps for managing listings on the go, and ways to manage and take rental applications from mobile devices or a web browser.
