Clearwire Sued Over Logo By Sony Ericsson

Sony Ericsson Mobile Communications AB has sued Kirkland-based Clearwire Corp over the firm's green and white swirl logo, which it uses for its CLEAR wireless service. According to the lawsuit, Sony Ericsson Mobile Communications said the use of the logo is an attempt to gain an "unfair competitive advantage" in the smartphone and mobile broadband market. The lawsuit was filed Friday in the Virginia Eastern District Court.
