Amazon Launches iPhone Deals App

Seattle-based Amazon.com said today that it has launched a new, free iPhone application highlighting its Amazon Gold Box deals. The firm said the app allows users to quickly act on the discounts available through that program, and also get notifications on deals. Amazon Gold Box features special discounts on products and limited quantities, and also allows users to purchase those deals from the app.
