The TAS Group Buys Atlanta Firm

Kirkland-based The TAS Group, a provider of sales management and sales process systems and software, said today that it has acquired Atlanta-based Infomentis, a provider of sales effectiveness products and surfaces. Financial terms of the buy were not disclosed. The firm said that InfoMentis CEO Wendy Reed becomes Executive Vice President, Strategic Alliances for the TAS GROUP as part of the deal.
