TradeTrans Acquired By Atlanta Firm
Beaverton, Oregon-based TradeTrans, a developer of business intelligence and supply chain monitoring tools, has been acquired by Atlanta-based nuBridges, nuBridges said today. Financial terms of the acquisition were not disclosed. According to nuBridges, the buy was an asset purchase that included both cash and stock; the firm also said that TradeTrans' Portland offices will be used as the company's West coast operational presence. TradeTrans founder Bill Bugbee becomes VP of Product Management at nuBridges.
