Expedia's TripAdvisor Buys UK Firm

TripAdvisor, the online travel reviews and booking site which is a division of Bellevue-based Expedia, said today that it has purchased Holidaylettings.co.uk, a vacation rental site based in the United Kingdom. Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed. TripAdvisor said that Holidaylettings is the largest vacation rental site in the UK.
