Microsoft Links With Ford On Energy Management

Microsoft announced today along with Ford Motor Co., that the two firms are working together to use Microsoft's Hohm energy management application with Ford vehicles. According to the two firms, Ford's Focus Electric vehicle will link with Microsoft Hohm, to help owners determine when to most efficiently and affordably recharge the electric vehicle. Business arrangements behind the deal were not announced. Hohm is Microsoft's Internet service for managing energy usage in the home.
