Decho Powers Cox Online Backup

Seattle-based Decho, the subsidiary of EMC which runs the Mozy online backup services, said yesterday that it is behind a new online business backup services from Cox Business. Financial impact of the win was not disclosed. Decho said it is behind the new Cox Business Online Backup service, a online data backup service targeted at Cox's nearly 250,000 small and regional business customers. Cox customers can receive the backup services at no additional charge, and between 2 GB and 10GB of space depending on the speed of Internet service. The firm also said that companies not currently using Cox Business Internet can also buy the service on an a la carte basis.
