Decho Boasts Of Educational Wins

Seattle-based Decho Corporation, the online storage firm owned by EMC, said this morning that the firm has more than doubled the number of education institutions using its product over the last year, to 700. The firm said that the customers range from K-12 to colleges and universities. Decho develops Mozy, online backup software which backs up PCs to Internet-based storage. The financial scope and impact of those new educational customers was not disclosed.
