TriQuint Gets $16.2M In DARPA Grant

Hillsboro, Oregon-based TriQuint Semiconductor reports that it has scored $16.2M in a Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency (DARPA) contract. According to TriQuint, the contract covers the creation of complex, high dynamic range circuits for defense and aerospace applications using Gallium Nitride (GaN).
