InstantService Launches Mobile Chat Support Product

Seattle-based InstantService, a developer of software-as-a-service for contact centers and businesses, announced today that it as released InstantMobile, a software product which allows companies to chat with mobile phone users. According to the firm, the new product allows customers to chat with service agents on their mobile devices. InstantService offers live chat, email, knowledge base, web analytics, and other products for businesses.
