Talisma Adds Customer Support Product
Bellevue-based Talisma said today that it has rolled out a new customer support product, targeted at helping web sites increase their sales. Talisma said its new Talisma CIM Solutions for Online Retail provides assistance to customers via self-service, chat, email, phone, or VoIP. The firm said its new product connects to existing customer relationship management systems, and other applications, and can either be installed at a customer site or as a hosted solution. Talisma is a unit of nGenera.
