Tableau Software Gains Healthcare Customer

Seattle-based Tableau Software, a developer of business intelligence and data visualization software, said today that it has been selected by Cancer Roadmaps, a provider of healthcare informatics software for cancer patients. Financial impact of the deal was not disclosed. Tableau said that Cancer Roadmaps will use its products for a cancer profiling application, to help cancer patients understand possible paths that cancer can take. The new software is based on Tableau Desktop.
