T-Mobile Denies Security Compromise
T-Mobile USA, the Bellevue, Washington-based subsidiary of Deutsche Telekom, issued a statement Tuesday afternoon denying that the firm's servers have been hacked. According to widespread reports, T-Mobile's network had been hacked, exposing customer databases, financials, and more. However, T-Mobile said that the firm has "found no evidence" that customer information or company information has been compromised, and is conducting a "thorough investigation" into the reports. The firm said that earlier reports of the hacking are "inaccurate and should be corrected."
