Talisma Unit Sold To Florida Firm

Bellevue-based Talisma's CRM and Higher Education arms have been acquired by a Florida firm, Campus Management Corp., seven months after being acquired by nGenera Corporation. According to Campus Management Corp., it has finalized an agreement to acquire the assets of Talisma Corporation, includings its Talisma CRM software, education arm Talisma Higher Education, and Indian operating unit Talisma Corporation Pvt. Ltd. According to a spokesperson at nGenera, Talisma's Customer Interaction Management and Knowledgebase software was not included in the sale. Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed. Talisma was acquired in May by nGenera.
