Napera Networks Gets $6M

Seattle-based Napera Networks has reportedly raised $6M in a venture round from OVP Venture Partners. Napera, a maker of network security software, was formerly known as Altus Networks. The funding news was disclosed in a regulatory filing with the SEC on October 29th. Napera sells an appliance which provides network access control (NAC), Microsoft Active Directory integration, and an integrated Gigabit Ethernet swich.
