RealNetworks Names New Games Head

Seattle-based RealNetworks said Wednesday that it has appointed John Barbour as President of the firm's games division. Barbour joins the firm from Toys "R" Us, where he was president of the firm's U.S. operations. Barbour has also served at Hasbro and OddzOn. According to RealNetworks, Barbour led the Toys "R" Us executive team in its sale to Bain Capital, KKR, and Vornado, and also build and ran toysrus.com.
