Screenlife Acquired By Paramount

Seattle-based Screenlife, maker of the "Scene It?" DVD games, has been acquired by Paramount Pictures, Paramount said Tuesday. Paramount did not disclose financial terms of the deal. According to Paramount, Screenlife will remain as a stand-alone entity operating in Seattle, and will become a part of Paramount's Digital Entertainment unit, which is part of Paramount Pictures and responsible for development and distribution of digital content and videogames.
