Redfin Adds Foreclosures, FSBOs

Seattle-based online real estate site Redfin announced Wednesday that the firm has launched a new version of its site, which adds foreclosure and for-sale-by-owner listings to the firm's real estate listings. According to Redfin, the site is now listing bank-owned foreclosures and for-sale-by-owner listings alongside its local MLS listings. Other enhancements to the site include the ability to search for open houses, alerts for open houses, more informatin on past sales, faster MLS synchronization, and new square-footage data.
