Redfin Expands Mortgage Services To Washington, D.C.

Seattle-based Redfin said this morning that it has expanded its home mortgage service, to Washington, D.C. Redfin said that Redfin Mortgage now serves Texas, Illinois and the District of Columbia. Redfin said its mortgage service features an underwritten pre-approval letter, a 30-day closing guarantee, and no lender fees, and is directly integrated into Redfin's real estate services.
