vCustomer Signs McDonald's India

Kirkland, Wash.-based vCustomer Corporation, which provides customer care and technical support for companies, said Wednesday that it has signed a deal to provide customer support for McDonald's India. The firm said it will provide centralized customer support and order taking for McDonald's McDelivery services in North and East regions in India. Financial impact of the deal was not disclosed. vCustomer also has operations in India, located in Delhi, Pune, and Mumbai.
