HyperQuality Signs Newspaper Delivery Firm

Seattle-based HyperQuality has inked a deal with Publishers Circulation Fulfillment, Inc., a independent distributor of newspapers, the firm said late last week. Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed. HyperQuality said it has created a quality assurance program for PCF for its call centers. Venture-backed HyperQuality has received funding from Divergent Ventures, Ignition Partners, Miramar Venture Partners, and Rustic Canyon Partners; the firm focuses on call center quality auditing and performance management.
