HyperQuality Names Industry Veteran Jude Kavalam CTO

HyperQuality, the Seattle-based customer service quality assurance firm, has appointed Jude Kavalam as its chief technology officer, the company announced Tuesday. Kavalam's hiring continues a wave of expansion that began in December 2006 with the raising of $10 million in Series B venture capital financing. One of Kavalam's primary responsibilities as CTO will be managing the growth of HyperView, the company's proprietary, Web-based data collection and dissemination tool currently in use by 120 call centers and some 30,000 users. Prior to joining HyperQuality, Kavalam designed and developed stock market analyzation tools as a senior team member of Clearsight Systems in Factoria, Wash.
