iLike Extends Platform

Seattle-based music discovery and social networking firm iLike said today that it has rolled out a new suite of services targeted at music artists. iLike said that it has created a platform that allows artists to manage web pages through a dashboard, post messages and blogs, send content to mobile phones, along with access to statistics and other reports. The new services are free to musicians. iLike is venture funded by Ticketmaster, Khosla Ventures, Bob Pittman, and other investors.
