Intermec Signs Cleveland Manufacturer
Lift truck manufacturer NACCO Materials Handling Group Inc. has signed an aftermarket reselling agreement with Everett, Washington-based Intermec Inc., a producer of inventory and supply chain management devices, Intermec announced Monday. Under the agreement, Intermec will provide NACCO with vehicle mount computers, handheld bar code scanners and radio frequency identification equipment for NACCO's Hyster- and Yale-brand lift trucks. Intermec added that ADC- and RFID-enabled forklifts with its equipment installed are already available for order directly from Hyster and Yale dealers. Based in Portland, Ore., NACCO Materials Holding Group Inc. is a subsidiary of NACCO Industries Inc., a holding company headquartered in Cleveland. Intermec is based in Everett, Washington.
