Insitu Appoints Kent as Chief Financial Officer

Insitu Inc., a developer of unmanned reconnaissance aircraft, reported Tuesday that it has hired Mark R. Kent as its chief financial officer. Insitu said Kent will be responsible for directing all aspects of the company's financial management. Before joining Insitu, Kent served as CFO of Sigma Designs, a manufacturer of digital media processors. He held identical positions at Transmeta, CrossWorlds Software and for several properties within the Oak Investment Partners portfolio. Headquartered in Bingen, Washington, Insitu designs and manufactures autonomous unmanned aircraft for commercial and military applications.
