TriQuint Rolls RF Devices
Hillsboro, Oregon-based TriQuint Semiconductor said Tuesday that it has introduced a new set of devices focused on point-to-point radio and satellite radio communications. The three new devices are based on gallium arsenide (GaAs) integrated circuits, and include three chips used for transmission of digital radio and satellite communications. The packaged designs are an extension of a die-level product the firm released in November, and are easier to use for hardware manufacturers. TriQuint is a manufacturer of RF semiconductors.
