Microvision Shows Bar Code Scanner

Redmond, Washington-based MicroVision unveiled a new laser bar code scanner today, based on the firm's MEMS technology. The new product is targeted at mobile workers and for remote data collection. The firm said the product is expected to available in Q3 of 2007. MicroVision is a developer of wearable displays and projectors, along with its bar code scanner product line.
