Jobster Launches Web 2.0 Site, Ties With Facebook
Seattle-based Jobster has launched a new, Web 2.0 web site today and rolled out free job postings for employers. According to the company, the new site is "designed for the digital generation" and includes tagging, profiles for job seekers, ability to upload and link to YouTube videos, and messaging between users. The firm also said that it will become Facebook's exclusive job search partner, and will launch a career center on Facebook in the spring. The free listings are a shift from the company's prior model, which charged employers for listing their jobs on the service.
