SeaMobile Launches Geolink Wireless Services
Seattle-based SeaMobile, a provider of communications and Internet services for ships at sea, said Monday that it has launched its wireless technology for customers of Geolink's OceanCell service. SeaMobile announced it was acquiring Geolink in December. Geolink provides satellite-based broadband communications and networking in Europe. The firm said that it is now offering wireless GSM voice and data service for more than 50 cruise and ferry vessels.
