Microsoft, Sprint Team On Mobile Search

Microsoft and Sprint said today that the two companies are in a strategic alliance to develop mobile search for wireless phones. Sprint will carry Microsoft's Windows Live Search for mobile on its wireless phones, to allow its subscribers to search for nearby stores, restaurants, and information on the Internet. Sprint also said they will also explore incorporating future Microsoft technologies in its offerings. Financial terms of the deal were not released.
