Bing Extends To Android Market
Bing, the online search engine run by Microsoft, said today that it has extended its distribution of its Bing for Mobile application to the Android market, making the application available on all of the major U.S. mobile operators. Bing also said that Bing for Mobile Android will come pre-installed on Verizon's Samsung Continuum and Motorola Citrus phones. Bing for Mobile, which originally launched on Microsoft's Windows Phone 7, allows users to search for information, see the Bing image of the day, search for news and business listings, and more from their mobile phone.
