Spoken Communications Names Chief Cloud Officer

Seattle-based Spoken Communications, which develops cloud-based, contact center software, said on Wednesday that it has named Jan Wiersma as the company's Chief Cloud Officer. Wiersma was most recently VP of Global Cloud Services at SDL, and he also has served at the Netherlands National Police.
