Spoken Communications Name Sales VP

Seattle-based Spoken Communications, which provides cloud-based services for contact centers, has named Brian Silverman as the company's Executive Vice President of Sales. Silverman was most recently Vice President and General Manager at inContact. He also was co-founder and CEO of Five9, and also has served at Hewlett Packard, Sterling Software, JetForm and Platform Computing.
