Spoken Communications Raises $11.5M

Bellevue-based Spoken Communications has raised $11.5M in a Series B funding round, the company said this morning, to further develop its cloud software for contact centers. The firm said the funding was led by Ignition Capital, and also included Series A investor Ignition Partners. Spoken, which is headed by Howard Lee, develops software which helps companies manage remote call center agents, develop IVR systems, and more. More information »
