Smartsheet Sets Estimated IPO Pricing Range

Bellevue, Washington-based Smartsheet has set an estimated IPO pricing range of between $10.00 and $12.00 per share, saying in an IPO filing on Monday that it is looking to raise up to $160.5M by selling 111,632,950 shares of its common stock on the NYSE. The company has applied to list as SMAR. Smartsheet is venture backed by Insight Ventures, Madrona Ventures, and Sutter Hill Ventures. Smartsheet develops software used to manage enterprise projects, including tracking and reporting activities, managing processes and more.
