RNA Networks Acquired By Dell

RNA Networks, a developer of virtualization software with operations in Portland, has been acquired by Dell Computer. Financial details of the acquisition have not been announced. RNA networks develops memory virtualization technology, and was headed by Clive Cook. The firm had received funding from the Oregon Angel Fund, as well as Menlo Ventures.
