REvolution Opens Seattle Digs, Takes Two from Insightful
REvolution Computing, a publisher of computational statistics software, reported Tuesday that it has opened offices in Seattle and added two vice presidents to its executive staff. The New Haven, Conn.-based firm said it hired Colin Magee as vice president of sales and marketing and Jill Goldschneider as vice president of research and development. REvolution described Magee as a 15-year veteran of the sales and marketing space while noting that Goldschneider boasts a decade of experience in applied research development. Both individuals join REvolution after stints with Insightful Corp. A privately held company, REvolution Computing reported in January that it had landed a Series A investment from Intel Capital, the venture capital arm of Intel Corp.
