Naurtech Acquired By LANDESK

Issaquah, Washington-based software developer Naurtech, which develops software to connect Windows CE devices to enterprise applications like SAP, has been acquired by LANDESK, the two said this morning. Financial detail of the buy were not disclosed. LANDESK says it plans to separately maintain Naurtech's software as its own product offering. Naurtech's software is used in the industrial market to connect Windows CE embedded devices into overall enterprise systems.
