Monchilla Acquired By Xero

Seattle-based accounting software startup Monchilla has been acquired by New Zealand-based cloud accounting software company Xero>, in a deal worth approximately $9.31M. Xero said it paid $4.44M in cash plus stock for Monchilla, which was founded by Jack Couch and Nanjuan Shi. Both Couch and Shi join Xero as part of the deal.
