Meldium, Started In Seattle, Acquired By LogMeIn
Meldium, a software developer working on single-sign on, password management, access management, and identity management product--which got its start in Seattle--has been acquired by LogMeIn, in a deal worth $15M in cash. Meldium--whose backers include Founders Co-op--is now based in San Francisco. Meldium's founders are Anton Vaynshtok, Bradley Buda, and Boris Jabes. Vaynshtok and Buda are Amazon.com veterans, and Jabes is from Microsoft.
