OffiSync Acquired By Jive Software

Seattle-based OffiSync, a developer of social business integration applications, has been acquired by Jive Software, Jive announced Monday. Financial terms of the buy were not disclosed. OffiSync has headquarters in Seattle, but most of its development and engineering teams in Israel. Jive is venture backed by Sequoia Capital and by Kleiner Perkins Caufield & Byers, and is based in California; the firm was started in Portland.
