Jama Software Names CFO

Portland-based cloud collaboration software developer Jama Software has named Barry Allen as its new CFO, the company said last week. Allen joins the company from Corbis, where he was President and Chief Operating Officer; he also served at Market Leader, Move.com, Marketwave and Cascade Design Automation, as well as Coopers & Lybrand. The company said Allen will guide its financial operations.
