Jama Software Finds $20M

Portland-based Jama Software, which develops cloud-based tools for managing software development, has raised $20M in a new funding round. The funding came from Updata Partners, along with Trinity Ventures, Madrona Venture Group and the Oregon Angel Fund. Madrona's Tim Porter and Updata's Jon Seeber join the company's board with the funding. Jama said it has now raised $33M in total. More information »
