Amazon Buys Cloud9

Amazon has acquired Cloud9, a developer of cloud-based, software development environments used for managing multiple developers, Cloud9 said on Thursday. Financial details of the acquisition were not announced. Cloud9 becomes part of Amazon Web Services. The company was venture backed by Accel and Atlassian.
