Visere Acquired By Jawbone

Portland-based Visere, which develops life coaching applications for the iPad, has been acquired by Jawbone, which develops wearable computing products. Financial terms of the buy were not disclosed. Visers was the developer of Unstuck, a life coaching application for the iPad, which was aimed at helping people to diagnose "stuck moments" in their life. Visere was founded by Roberto Tagliabue. Visere did not say if it would continue to offer up its products, or plans after the acquisition.
